185.6	As someone who lived in Wellington most of my life i was heavily involved in playing touch rugby in summer and rugby in winter about the time that these artificial turfs started popping up everywhere in Wellington. They are amazing to play/train on and once you install one people will be lining up to use it and sports will be willing to pay rental fees. This will lead to more and more of them being created. The Tahunanui field would be an ideal location!

Maybe it's time to do a review of all our sports grounds to ensure they're still relevant and fit for purpose. Drainage being a key issue.
